Alissa joined our team back in 2020 as a Clinic Coordinator and has recently been promoted to our Operations and Administrative Supervisor! Alissa graduated from the University of Mississippi in 2017 with a Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition and Dietetics and has 15+ years of customer service experience under her belt! Her background in customer service and the health industry translated well for a position here at ANEU. Alissa’s previous work experience was in a vast array of medical fields such as her position as a Patient Coordinator/Scheduler at Madison Psychiatric Associates where she assisted the Clinic Manager administratively. Prior to that, she worked at Wisconsin Fertility Institute for two years as their Donor Coordinator. Organization and planning have always been a strength and passion for Alissa, which led to an obvious fit for Operations here at ANEU. She has taken these skills and implemented protocols to help ensure consistency for our patients and new employees.
