With over twenty-five years of experience in the field of healthcare and the beauty industry, a driving force throughout my life and career has been my passion to help others.
I began my career in the beauty industry as a Cosmetics Department Manager for a large retailer in Illinois. Needing a career that would allow me to better support my two sons, I transitioned into the field of healthcare and became a phlebotomist. During this time, I spent the majority of my career at UW Health University Hospital, working primarily in pre-surgery, in the Carbone Cancer Center, and in the American Family Children’s Hospital.
Looking to synergize my experience in healthcare with my passion for the beauty industry, I fulfilled a promise I made to myself by completing the Esthiology Program at the Aveda Institute in Madison while working full-time at UW Health. After completing the program and becoming a licensed aesthetician, I began working for a private practice that specialized in plastic surgery and non-surgical medical spa treatments. For four years, I helped clients achieve their goals and improve their overall skin health utilizing various treatment methods, such as Sciton Lasers and CoolSculpting.
