BBL PHOTOFACIAL
The BBL (broadband light) Photofacial is similar to an IPL Photofacial but instead uses multiple wavelengths of laser light to more effectively treat larger areas like the neck, chest, hands, and entire face. The BBL Photofacial is minimally painful and the laser pulses can be compared to the feeling of a rubber band snapping.
After a BBL Photofacial, mild skin sensitivity and redness are not uncommon for a few days. Within 7-10 days, the treated pigmented lesions will temporarily darken and then flake off. We recommend 3-5 treatments scheduled a few weeks apart for the best results. Brighter, clearer skin will start to be noticeable 10 days after the first treatment and these improvements will continue to develop.

The NanoLaserPeel is sometimes referred to as the “weekend peel” because patients can schedule an appointment on Friday and return to work with healed skin on Monday. This laser treatment uses an erbium laser to gently remove the surface layer of dead or damaged skin cells, revealing new healthy skin. By stripping away damaged skin, surface blemishes, and skin imperfections are also removed. Collagen production is also stimulated for long-lasting rejuvenation.
After the NanoLaserPeel treatment, mild redness and swelling similar to the feeling of a sunburn are common but these effects can last up to 24-48 hours.
