NP/PA - Aesthetic Injector

We are a locally owned medical spa in McFarland, WI – minutes from Madison, along with a 2nd location opening near Hilldale shopping center near West Madison/Middleton. Our fun team of professionals is looking for a NP who is passionate about this industry to join our team to play an integral role in assuring the aesthetic needs of our clients are being met, along with contributing towards the business and team’s continued growth and success.

Licenses/Certifications/Registration:

Required Credential(s):

  • Advanced Practice Nurse Practitioner, licensed in the State of Wisconsin Board of Nursing with Prescriptive authority.

Education:

  • Graduate of a board-approved Masters or Doctorate prepared Nurse Practitioner program
  • MUST HAVE gone through an accredited program on Neuromodulators and Dermal fillers course.

Certification:

  • Certified Aesthetic Nurse Specialist – Preferred

Work Experience:

  • NP with more than one year of recent, medical spa experience is preferred.

Working Environment/Tasks/Responsibilities:

  • Proficient in administering Botox, Dysport, Sculptra, Kybella, and the Allergan and Galderma lines of fillers.
  • Proficient with weight loss programs utilizing semaglutide and NAD.
  • Administers injectable treatments to new and existing patients.
  • Works with the Licensed Estheticians to complete the client's skin health journey by utilizing skincare, chemical peels, laser, cool sculpting, etc,
  • Performs customer service follow-ups to ensure overall customer service satisfaction.
  • Charts electronically on all services performed and treatment recommendations.
  • Maintains an understanding of all products and services offered at ANEU Med Spa to maintain proficiency in client education.

Schedule

  • Monday - Friday
  • no weekends or holidays!
  • 2 evenings per week/ working until 7pm is required

Clinic Coordinator – ANEU Med Spa

We are a locally owned medical spa in McFarland, WI, minutes from Madison, in the process of expanding our company so we are looking for another Clinic Coordinator who is passionate about this industry to join our team. This person will play an integral role in ensuring all aspects of the “front of house” run smoothly and efficiently. They will be a key liaison between our clients and employees thus contributing to the overall continued success of our company.

Education and Experience

  • Minimum 1-year experience working in professional office environment
  • Minimum 1 – year experience of excellent customer service
  • Experience in a cosmetic medicine clinic is preferred
  • High School Diploma

  • The client is the #1 priority and ensuring the client has an excellent experience from check-in to check-out
  • Efficient utilization of all software programs. Able to work quickly between multiple programs. (Nextech, Office, Google docs, Alle, Aspire, McKesson, etc.)
  • Checking clients in and out for their appointments. Assisting them with scheduling future appointments.
  • Answering phones and website inquiry forms from existing and potential clients.
  • Processing cash, check, and credit card transactions. Balancing the cash drawer at the beginning and end of each shift.
  • Highly versed in all of our services and treatments to effectively educate clients on what we offer and what might be best for them – but always referring to providers making the final decision
  • Continual communication and follow-up with providers on patient updates, requests, appointment changes, etc.
  • Ability to assist clients with basic skincare needs or refer to providers for guidance on skincare treatment plans
  • Following up on client experiences to ensure client retention

Secondary Focus:

  • Inventory Management including placing orders, checking in inventory, stocking properly & reconciling monthly inventory reports
  • Scheduling staff trainings and meetings, etc.
  • Participating and attending in-service educational programs, staff meetings, and clinic events.
  • Ensuring cleanliness/tidiness of reception area/waiting area to maintain pristine client and work environment
  • Assisting with laundry as needed

Schedule

  • 40 hours/week
  • Monday – Friday to include a combination of opening (7am/9am) mid (10-6) and clinic closing shifts (7pm/8pm)
  • No weekends or holidays!

  • Social Media/Marketing/Graphic Design experience is required.

  • Assist in updating of content on our Website, Before and After photos, monthly promotions, etc.
  • Creation of monthly newsletters and promotional e-blasts
  • Graphic Design of in-office advertisements such as promotional signs and postings of monthly specials
  • Creative Development working with external marketing avenues: Billboards, Radio, Tv, Etc.
  • Internal marketing materials: business cards, TV loop reels, informational brochures
  • Capable of above average photography, video/reels and video editing
  • Podcast development/production @unfilteredpod_aneu
  • Special Event Management/Creative Marketing Development
  • Analysis on ROI of marketing efforts including retention reporting
  • Respond to Google, Yelp, & BBB reviews
  • Work with our website developer on continued SEO management to benefit website traffic.
  • Track website traffic, inquiries, and Google analytics

Secondary Focus:

  • Participates and attends in-service educational programs and staff meetings
  • An aesthetic eye to color selection, balance, and consistency in our brand
  • The desire and execution to stay on top of both Medical Aesthetic trends and social media trends for more engagement

  • Must commit to learning the industry and have a good general understanding of what ANEU does and stands for.

Schedule

  • 20 hours per week in our clinic. Opportunity to work remotely for half of the time after demonstration of increased following, retention metrics, etc.
  • Extremely flexible schedule options. We are open 7am – 7pm Monday – Thursday and 8am – 4pm Fridays – we will work with you to create a schedule that works for you and your lifestyle.

  • $24.00 / hour to start
  • Paid Time Off (40 hours) + Paid Sick Time (12 hours) (prorated on an annual basis
