Licenses/Certifications

-Advanced Practice Nurse Practitioner, licensed in the State of Wisconsin Board of Nursing with Prescriptive authority OR Physicians Associate, Licensed in the State of Wisconsin.

Position Summary

The Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physicians Associate (PA) will provide comprehensive patient care with a focus on wellness, prevention, and chronic condition management. The NP/PA will evaluate, diagnose, and manage patients seeking medical weight loss, supplementation support, hormone optimization, and sexual health. This role requires strong clinical skills, a holistic approach to health, and a passion for improving patient outcomes in a supportive and collaborative environment. The NP/PA will play a key role in fostering a safe, welcoming environment where patients feel heard, respected, and supported.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive health assessments, physical exams, and diagnostic evaluations.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for weight management, nutritional supplementation, HRT, and sexual wellness.
Order, interpret, and evaluate laboratory tests and diagnostic studies.
Prescribe medications, hormones, and nutritional supplements as appropriate.
Perform PRP/PRF/PDGF injections for sexual health and wellness.
Provide patient education and counseling on lifestyle, nutrition, and preventative care.
Monitor progress, adjust treatment plans, and ensure continuity of care.
Collaborate with physicians, registered nurses, medical assistants, and other team members to deliver integrated care.
Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant medical documentation.
Stay current with clinical guidelines, emerging therapies, and best practices in wellness and preventative medicine.

Qualifications

Current and unrestricted Nurse Practitioner (NP) license in Wisconsin OR Physician Associate (PA)
Board Certified
DEA license (or eligibility)
Minimum [1–3] years of clinical experience preferred; experience in weight management, endocrinology, or wellness medicine strongly desired.
Strong knowledge of hormone replacement therapy, medical weight loss protocols, and nutritional supplementation.
Excellent communication and patient education skills.
Commitment to providing compassionate, patient-centered care.
Experience creating SOP’s

-Proficient with weight loss programs utilizing semaglutide and NAD.

-Administers injectable treatments to new and existing patients.

-Works with the Licensed Estheticians to complete the clients skin health journey with utilizing skincare, chemical peels, laser, cool sculpting, etc,

-Performs customer service follow-ups to ensure overall customer service satisfaction.

-Charts electronically on all services performed and treatment recommendations.

-Maintains an understanding of all products and services offered at ANEU Med Spa to maintain proficiency in client education.

Schedule:

-Monday – Friday

-no weekends or holidays!

-2 evenings per week/ working until 7pm is required

Clinic Coordinator – ANEU Med Spa

We are a locally owned medical spa in McFarland, WI, minutes from Madison, and a second location due to open this fall at 5231 University Ave Madison, WI. We are looking for another Clinic Coordinator who is passionate about this industry to join our team working primarily at the new 2nd location! This person will play an integral role in ensuring all aspects of the “front of house” run smoothly and efficiently. You will be a key liaison between our clients and team members, thus contributing to the overall continued success of our company and satisfaction of our clientele!

Responsibilities:

Primary Focus:

After Clinic Coordinator training completion must be able to work with minimal supervision, expected to coordinate daily operations independently.
The client is the #1 priority and ensuring the client has an excellent experience from check-in to check-out
Efficient utilization of all software programs. Able to work quickly between multiple programs. (Nextech, Office, Google docs, Alle, Aspire, McKesson, etc.)
Checking clients in and out for their appointments. Assisting them with scheduling future appointments.
Answering phones and website inquiry forms from existing and potential clients.
Processing cash, check, and credit card transactions. Balancing the cash drawer at the beginning and end of each shift.
Highly versed in all of our services and treatments to effectively educate clients on what we offer and what might be best for them - but always referring to providers making the final decision
Continual communication and follow-up with providers on patient updates, requests, appointment changes, etc.
Ability to assist clients with basic skincare needs or refer to providers for guidance on skincare treatment plans
Following up on client experiences to ensure client retention

Secondary Focus:

Inventory Management including placing orders, checking in inventory, stocking properly & reconciling monthly inventory reports
Scheduling staff trainings and meetings, etc.
Participating and attending in-service educational programs, staff meetings, and clinic events.
Ensuring cleanliness/tidiness of reception area/waiting area to maintain pristine client and work environment
Assisting with laundry as needed

Schedule:

***Occasional flexibility is appreciated if available to cover other clinic coordinators time off, appts, etc.
